Muscle Energy Technique (MET)
Manual therapy that uses the gentle muscle contractions of the client to relax and lengthen muscles and normalise joint motion. It is considered an active technique, as opposed to a passive technique where only the therapist does the work.
Dry Needling is a unique procedure intended to specifically target and restore muscle function, with an emphasis on improving tissue healing and restoring normal tissue function.
